Alex is an IT executive with a background in operational excellence, digital product delivery, and agile transformation. He has built a reputation as a joyful, disciplined, and compassionate leader that designs teams who earn trust and generate excitement. He has supported three “largest-in-their-industry” companies, start-ups, and non-profit organizations in a very wide variety of roles ranging from quality process management to enterprise coaching. Prior to his IT career, and prior to his Catholic conversion, Alex spent the better part of ten years pursuing a life in Protestant ministry.
Message to parents:
With a glad-heart I would like to invite you to experience what Misty and I have discovered for our own children in the Chesterton Academy, a truly joyful education inspired by the beauty and richness of the Catholic faith. For years, we have pursued (often with struggles) a way for our beloved children to encounter Jesus Christ through Mary in their studies and community. The Chesterton Academy of St. Margaret Clitherow is proving to be so much more than we could have ever asked for.
Our children are enriched by the Sacraments, invigorated by engaging studies, and challenged by their peers daily. They come home spilling over with stories of the martyrs, poetry, science, philosophy, Latin, art, and funny class stories.
There are not many days that go by where Misty and I don’t mention how amazed or grateful we are to Chesterton Academy and the faculty. God’s willing, this school will be a treasure for many generations to come. We are learning that this ancient educational model doesn’t just give our kids knowledge (although they will be very ready for college). It brings them face to face with wisdom. I highly encourage you to reach out to our office to learn more if you or any of your loved ones have children that could benefit in a similar way to ours.
Extracurricular Activities:
Alex and his wife Misty have five children at home, one who is serving this semester at the Apostolate of the Holy Family, two boys at St Joseph School, and two girls at St. Margaret’s Academy. Alex serves on the parish council at Holy Ghost Catholic Church is a Captain in Fraternus.

Message to parents:
After many years of homeschooling my children, I am delighted to have everything they need in one package. Daily Mass, core subjects, classical art, dance, and music. It has been wonderful watching my children flourish under the classical model of instruction.
Extracurricular Activities:
I currently teach CPR/First Aid in the community, I am the retreat coordinator for our local Fidelis chapter, serve monthly with His Hands and Feet homeless ministry, and am involved in several activities at Holy Ghost.
